We recently rehired Roof Daddy to inspect our roof, and I'm so glad we did! After the inspection, they mentioned it would be worth filing a claim with our insurance. I was honestly apprehensive at first because we have State Farm, and I had heard how challenging the process could be. Roof Daddy assured us they could work State Farm and that they wouldn't let the claim get denied - and they absolutely kept their word. They walked us through every step of the process, communicated clearly, and advocated for us the entire time. Not only did they get our roof fully approved for replacement, but they also got State Farm to cover new gutters, interior repairs, and painting as well. We couldn't believe the outcome! Roof Daddy replaced our roof. Brett and Nick took care of us every step of the way from the moment we asked them to come to our house to give an estimate to the final clean up. They told us exactly what to expect, and they knew how to handle our insurance company. On the day of the job, the Roof Daddy crew showed up early to ensure the work was done in one day. Several things impressed us: at all times either Nick or Brett were on-site supervising the crew; the crew members were all polite and cleaned up all trash and cleaned the gutters; and the next morning I went looking for nails in my driveway and found zero!
